🛡️Head waiterManages daily dining operations, supervises service staff, ensure high standards of traditional Greek hospitality to guest satisfaction, team leadership, guest relations, staff training.
🛡️BarmanPrepares and serves drinks while delivering friendly and high standard customer service to guests manages cash transactions, maintain clean bar workplace, stock and replenish bar supplies.
⚓Section cooksHandles specific section preparing food to quality and hygiene standards, team support.
⚓Pastry cooksPrepares deserts, breads and baked goods to high resort standards and food safety rules.
⚓Front deskManages guest arrivals, departures, daily front office operations, answer phone calls, coordinates house keeping and maintenance, provide house information.
⚓WaitersProvide food and Beverages service to guests, maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, guest relations and hygiene compliance.
